This Delivery Policy sets out the terms and conditions for our UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (UK ETA) Processing Service.

Please note that EasyETA is a private, third-party UK ETA processing service. We are not affiliated with, nor do we represent, the Government of the United Kingdom or its agencies.

After receiving payment, we process applications within one of the selected timeframes listed in section 3. The Home Office may require up to 5 working days for final approval. We will keep you informed of your application status.

2. Application Processing and Limitations

Whilst EasyETA processes applications, we cannot guarantee approval. Our role is limited to processing and submitting applications to the Home Office ETA system.

Customers must provide accurate and valid information. EasyETA is not liable for rejections due to incorrect information provided by customers.
