1. Refunds for Denied Applications

If your UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (UK ETA) application is refused by the Home Office by receiving "Refused" status, you are entitled to a refund of our processing service fee. To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your full name and order reference number. Please note that we cannot provide refunds if the Home Office or UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) subsequently revokes your UK ETA authorisation. We strongly advise checking your UK ETA status before making any travel arrangements or flight bookings to the United Kingdom. As an independent private company, we must emphasise that all UK ETA admission decisions remain solely at the discretion of the Home Office.

2. Refunds for Other Circumstances

If your application has not been refused but you seek a refund for other reasons, please contact us. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will assess each refund request on its individual merits. Please submit your request to [email protected].

3. Third-Party Fees and Charges

Our refund policy applies exclusively to the service fees paid directly to our company for application processing. We cannot refund any additional charges imposed by third parties, including credit or debit card processing fees or charges from other payment facilitators.

4. Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency. The applicable exchange rate will be determined by your card-issuing institution. We are not responsible for any variations in refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations or foreign exchange fees charged by your card provider.

5. Refund Processing Procedures

For security purposes, all approved refunds will be credited only to the payment card used for the original purchase. To request a refund, please email us with the following information:

Upon approval, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Please allow three to five working days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
